Jean-Baptiste Latour

Executive & Team coach.

After completing studies in Philosophy and Religious History, Jean-Baptiste began teaching at the Paris Catholic University (ICP) until 2006. Then, after spending 6 years as a consultant in management in different consulting firms (IDRH, Obifive and Alixio), Jean-Baptiste founded ViTi where he serves as a virtual team coach. He is most notably the author of the book : Performance et cohésion des équipes dipsersées : réussir la collaboration virtuelle (Les Echos, 2015)

Consultante RH et coach d’équipes.
Carine a passé 15 ans au sein d’équipes virtuelles RH pour accompagner les Talents et les carrières pour la  R&D de Sanofi. Elle accompagne désormais la transformation de la R&D par la création d’équipes transversales virtuelles à l’échelle internationale. Co-fondatrice de ViTi, spécialiste de l’accompagnement des collectifs de travail, son expérience unique l’a conduite à élaborer des approches spécifiques pour mieux travailler à distance au sein d’équipes virtuelles.
